Britney Lances was left crying when a fitness coach she planned to recruit squeezed her skin and told her she expected to recapture her "more youthful body."
The 'Harmful' vocalist 41, added she was unable to comprehend the reason why it was the principal thing the wellness expert did after she attempted to track down somebody to help her visit in shape in February, and dumped working with her after the counsel.
She stated on Instagram on Monday: " I looked for a instructor months ago. And the first thing she did to me was literally pinch the skin on my stomach and legs, and I'm not even lying when I say that she told me I needed to get my younger body back. Why with inside the international did she do that?
"It made me cry… I clearly didn't employ her so I did it without anyone else's help !!!"
Britney said more about her exercise routine: I only exercise for 45 minutes three times per week! I don't like working out for too long... I'm telling you this because I've put in a lot of effort to get in shape, but I don't look like the pictures the photographers take!
"God knows my body isn't perfect, but I wanted to share what it looks like right now," she said. "I worked my a** off, and for some people like that trainer who might see those nasty pap photos and secretly smile... Yup, y'all got it."

She said: " This morning, I woke up with extremely dry skin! I have to apply lotion to my body at night because I have been to some exotic places recently!
It seems Britney was alluding to her new outing to Puerto Rico, where she was spotted not wearing her wedding band, which fuelled hypothesis she and her
29-year-old spouse Sam Asghari's relationship was on the rocks after they secured the bunch the year before.
Sam's representatives claim that the model's recent absence from his wedding band has nothing to do with marital problems.
Brandon Cohen from BAC Ability told Page Six their client Sam essentially removed his ring as he is shooting a film.
Page Six was also informed by Sam's representative that at the end of March, he had posted a picture of himself on Instagram Stories with his wedding band clearly visible.
